Puglia Rooms

The options are:

Puglia hotels

Our recommended booking agent is Hotels.comIt lists a wide range of hotels.  You can view the comments of guests who have stayed in a particular hotel to help you make a good choice.  Once you are in the area or using local websites, you can often book accommodation through the local tourist offices. You can also use the town website links from the Puglia Route guide.

Puglia B&Bs

We have found three good sources for booking quality small guesthouses and Bed and Breakfasts on the web.  These are:

  • Hotels.com offers B&Bs as well as hotels
  • OwnersDirect offers B&Bs as well as villas
  • You can also access information via Google Maps by typing in "B&B" or "Bed and Breakfast" when you have a map of the area open on your screen.

Puglia Villas

Generally you need to book a villa or an apartment for 3 or more days, probably a week in high season, but for a family with young children this can be a great way of enjoying the area.

Agriturismos provide rural accommodation that is often of a very high standard, although the price will reflect that.  An agriturismo and is a good option for anyone wanting a peaceful place to spend the night, provided they have their own transport - not a problem for cyclists.  When booking, always ask if you can have an evening meal.  If the answer is no, at least you will know to have a good lunch and take a snack with you.  We have discovered these booking services:

Puglia campsites

We are not experts at campsites but Camping.it has various options.
